Anyone Confirm Bowman's Hill Box Lately? (Bucks County, PA)

From: d_yuck (cdkyuck@uscom.com) | Date: 2003-08-24 03:14:59 UTC
Well my family and I attempted to locate the Bowman's Hill Letterbox
today, with no luck. The first part of the clues was good fun and we
got to practice our compass skills with the kids. But after getting
to the other side of the fence on the Ecology Trail, we were
stumped. We floundered for at least an hour trying to figure out the
clues and trying to find the landmarks described. We were up and
down the trail at least 4 or 5 times. So we were just wondering if
anyone has confirmed the box or also attempted it with no luck?
Anyone? Bueller?
Thanks,

We're heading up that way tomorrow, but have about 6 other boxes to
attempt before we try Bowman's Hill. We might not get to it. Depends
on how hard the rest are, what time we get started, and how fussy
TrailSnail gets. LOL
I'll let you know how things work out.
Have you been to the other boxes in the area. There's at least 8 in
that general vicinity. :)

Well, I got farther than you...it's a longer walk than the clues
imply to get to the turnoff. I don't want to give anything away, so
I won't tell you why I didn't find it!

We started off on Sunday trying for this box, but didn't have any
cash with us, as we didn't know there was an admission fee. We'll be
heading back up that way soon for a few more boxes, and we'll be sure
to have cash this time. :)

There wasn't an admission fee when the box was planted. I will
update the clues accordingly . How much is the Fee?
